I can for sure tell you (or the others looking for answers) that it's not D. manufacturing and commerce.  So, tbh, I'd go with FORESTRY AND FISHING . In the video I watched, it said that the natural resources were in forestry,mining (natural gas and oil), and commercial fishing.  So, A.  Forestry and Fishing.
